• The growth simulation of Bonsai trees is based on the research of Professor Norishige Chiba of the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Engineering at Iwate University.
  
• Some bonsai are shown here. Some examples were made wirh previous versions of the software.
  
• Virtual Bonsai requires 64MB of memory. It is possible to grow trees with less memory, but progress will be slow.
